Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience supporting Salesforce in an operations or system support role Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, and data structures Experience with data imports, exports, and validation processes Ability to translate business requirements into system documentation Salesforce Administrator certification is an advantage but not required
