Job Description IT Support Specialist II at PGT Innovations (Part of MITER Brands) – Venice, FL The IT Support Specialist II is responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of in‑house computing resources that support end‑user functions. This includes installing, configuring, administering, and fine‑tuning operating systems and components across the supported facility in a timely and efficient manner. You will use strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills to identify, communicate, and resolve issues—maximizing the value of the company’s IT systems investments. This role provides on‑site support for several facilities within central Pennsylvania, and scheduled working hours may vary depending on support needs. 💰 Compensation
