The Opportunity: Digital Content Specialist

The purpose of this role is to implement and monitor the website content and digital promotion strategy for Briggs Equipment and designated subsidiary businesses.
Main Accountabilities And Responsibilities
Supporting the Digital Content Strategist in delivering the Group's website content strategy
Fulfilling processes and tasks for websites including and .ie such as uploading content, updating content, quality control checks for content uploads including product information.
Support with delivering gains in site health, domain reputation, domain authority. Supporting with ongoing health checks on sites to sustain the effect of SEO improvements
Adapt to changing expectations for the influence of AI in search traffic, enquiry mechanisms and referrals
Improved content profile, boost our performance for complementary products e.g. Hako, Combilift
Traffic reporting; Dramatically enhance our understanding of activity through reporting via Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Google Ads
Online promotion and PPC
PPC (Pay-per-click) advertising, e.g. Google Ads, including remarketing strategy, for all Group activities
Investigation and proposals for the use of other online promotion opportunities e.g. LinkedIn Ads
Future development
Support with functionality projects e.g. Live Chat, configurators, selectors, booking facilities (i.e. STH, Training)
Supplier management
Collaborating in relationship with web developer(s) and other suppliers
What Will Help You To Excel In This Role
Having a Marketing and/or Digital marketing qualification is desirable.
Proven professional experience of website management and digital marketing.
Experience of managing websites via CMS
Adept at monitoring and reporting on website activity using popular reporting tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
Decision making skills and sound commercial judgement
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong computer literacy skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Skilled at collaborating to support a strong team ethos but also with the ability to work independently
Experience with digital marketing and SEO tools including Semrush
