We are looking for a skilled and creative video editor to join our marketing agency on a consistent, long-term basis. The role includes editing short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts), client promotional videos, and ad creatives designed to generate leads and drive conversions. We expect clean, professional edits with strong hooks in the first 3 seconds, engaging captions, smooth transitions, sound design, and basic color correction. You should understand pacing, retention strategies, and social media trends. Turnaround time must be fast (24–48 hours when needed), and communication should be clear and reliable. Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut is preferred. We are looking for someone who can take raw footage and turn it into high-converting, scroll-stopping content that represents our clients professionally.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
