Shorts Video Editor for Long-Form Content

This is not a basic clipping job.
You must be able to:
Identify emotionally compelling moments inside long-form content
Craft strong, scroll-stopping hooks within the first 1–3 seconds
Shape a complete short-form narrative with tension and a clear payoff
Elevate edits using screen recordings, stock footage, subtitles, pacing, sound design, and AI assets when appropriate
We are looking for someone who understands retention, pacing, psychology, and storytelling — not just someone who can trim footage.
If you don't instinctively know what makes a Short go viral, this isn't the right fit.
Please include examples of Shorts you've edited that demonstrate strong hooks, storytelling, and engagement.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Video Editing, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Video Post-Editing, Video Production
