We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team of Border Patrol Agents. As a key member of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), you will play a vital role in safeguarding our nation's borders and enforcing immigration laws.

• Detect, question, and apprehend undocumented noncitizens and smugglers of noncitizens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations


• Prevent and detect people suspected of violating immigration laws by inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations


• Analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions where arrests may be necessary after completion of required training

Candidate Requirements:
• One year general work experience demonstrating ability to take charge, make sound decisions, maintain composure in stressful situations Additionally possess skills necessary: - Make sound judgments in use firearms, deal effectively with public while connecting law enforcement matters. ii To qualify for GL-7 grade level one must have specialized work experience showing possession following skills:

deal reasonably civilly connected matters legally recognized public perspective;
