As a Server/Waitress/Waiter, you will be essential in delivering outstanding hospitality and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Reporting to the restaurant manager, you will utilize your core skills in customer service, food handling, and POS systems to take orders and serve food efficiently. Your strong communication skills and premium expertise in upselling and fine dining will enhance guest satisfaction. Additionally, your relevant experience in food preparation and sanitation will support a safe and welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, providing exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience.
• Take and process orders accurately using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere through effective communication and hospitality skills.
