We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Technician to join our dynamic team focused on providing seamless technical assistance within our healthcare clinic environment. As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of clinic-specific technology, allowing our healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues to maintain a reliable technology infrastructure. User Support: Provide responsive and effective support to clinic staff, addressing inquiries related to software applications, medical devices, and IT systems. Ticket Management: Log and manage support requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of all issues. Maintain accurate records of hardware configurations, software installations, and troubleshooting procedures to enhance support efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with IT professionals and healthcare providers to address technical challenges and implement solutions. Security: Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and privacy regulations, such as HIPAA, to safeguard patient information. Travel to other CLS Health locations Dental Insurance ~ Disability insurance ~ Health insurance ~ Life insurance ~ Must have CompTIA A+ and preferably Network + Strong understanding of clinic-specific software, medical devices, and general IT systems. Customer Service: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist users of varying technical backgrounds. Ability to maintain accurate and detailed documentation for troubleshooting procedures and support activities. Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with IT professionals and healthcare staff. Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of healthcare data security and privacy regulations, especially HIPAA. Preferably, candidates holding an A+ certification or Network+ are strongly encouraged to apply.
