What You'll Do:

· Diagnose, repair, and maintain Harley-Davidson motorcycles to factory specifications

· Perform routine maintenance and advanced service work on V-Twin engines

· Install performance upgrades and aftermarket parts

· Execute custom builds and modifications as requested

· Provide guidance to customers about repair needs and upgrade options

· Maintain accurate service records and ensure all work meets quality standards

· Participate in ongoing training and development

· Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative shop environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a motorcycle or powersports technician (Harley-Davidson preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of V-Twin diagnostics, maintenance, and repair
  • Experience with performance upgrades and custom work
  • Dyno-tuning experience is a major plus
  • Desire to make a long-term career move and grow with our dealership
  • Completion of Harley-Davidson PHD or Master Tech certification is a plus, but not required
  • Passion for motorcycles and delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
