About
Key responsibilities include familiarity with Energy Management Control System (EMCS), adeptness with 5-100 ton package units, split systems, and computer room units. Refrigeration experience not required but would be beneficial. You'll be expected to diagnose an array of service issues, identify replacement parts, execute repairs, and meticulously test and calibrate systems to meet manufacturer's specifications.
This role involves travel to various job sites within our service area, ensuring schedules and deadlines are met consistently. We value independence and organization, expecting our technicians to work autonomously while maintaining open communication channels.
Effective communication is paramount; you'll be responsible for conveying diagnoses, necessary repairs, and available options to customers in a knowledgeable and courteous manner. Timely communication with both customers and our office is essential to mitigate any delays effectively.
Adherence to company policies and procedures is mandatory, alongside possessing US citizenship, an excellent driving record, and a valid driver's license.
