Location
– Elizabeth, CO (must be within a one-hour commute)

Must Have Skills:

• Comfortable and safe working at heights (100–500+ ft on towers and in manlifts)
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR
• Physically capable of lifting/carrying 80 lbs and working outdoors year-round
• Positive, team-oriented attitude; adaptable to shifting priorities and schedules
• Open to occasional travel (10–15 projects per year).

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Assist with the build, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wireless/microwave systems
• Safely climb and work on towers, rooftops, and elevated platforms while using full PPE
• Follow strict safety protocols including fall protection, RF awareness, and site procedures
• Perform physically demanding labor in all weather conditions
• Work closely with small crews (typically 2–4 people) under foreman supervision
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in accordance with company standards
• Participate in on-the-job and classroom training for certifications and safe practices
• Guaranteed 40-hour work week with opportunities for overtime
• Report daily to the Elizabeth, CO shop; fieldwork and travel required based on project needs
• Engage in a supportive and skilled team environment that values craftsmanship and accountability
• Contribute to a variety of field projects, gaining exposure to both local and out-of-state sites
