Our in-house therapy team provides skilled inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services and is committed to person-centered care.

Who Are You?
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team full-time. You'll work closely with our Physical Therapists to implement restorative interventions, document progress, and support residents in regaining function, mobility, and independence.

What You'll Do:

  • Administer physical therapy treatments as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Monitor resident response and document all care accurately and promptly
  • Assist with resident screenings, reassessments, and therapy planning
  • Educate residents and caregivers on home exercises and mobility safety
  • Collaborate in interdisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement efforts
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment
  • Comply with facility protocols, licensure laws, and federal regulations
  • Provide compassionate, professional service to residents and families

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
  • Active Kansas PTA license and current CPR certification
  • Experience in geriatrics, post-acute, or long-term care settings preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, accurate documentation, and communication skills
  • Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Passion for helping others and working as part of a collaborative care team
