Job Opening: Diesel Service Technician

Location: El Paso, TX

Pay Range: $22.49 – $37.49/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

WHAT YOU'LL DO IN THIS MECHANIC ROLE:

As a Diesel Service Technician, you'll be the driving force behind keeping our clients' fleets on the road. You'll inspect and repair a variety of vehicles including light-duty vans, heavy-duty tractors, and trailers. Your day includes performing DOT inspections, maintaining OSHA compliance, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. You'll handle preventive maintenance, troubleshoot fault codes, and repair or replace key systems like transmissions, brakes, and electrical components. You'll communicate clearly with customers and teammates, take pride in your workmanship, and help maintain fleet integrity by reporting equipment abuse.

What You'll Need:

• 6+ years of diesel mechanic experience
• Graduation from a 2-year technical school preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Valid driver's license with a clean record (CDL Class B or better earns bonus pay)
• Personal tools (specialty tools provided)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication
