Job Summary
We are currently looking for an IT Solutions Administrator to join our team in Little Rock, AR.

EK Solutions Group is an Arkansas IT managed services provider and consulting firm with clients across multiple industries. The Solutions Administrator role is for someone passionate about technology and serving others. It is about helping our customers change their business for the better. The Solutions Administrator will provide IT services and support for multiple customer environments. In this capacity you will serve as the customers advocate, not only building and maintaining systems/solutions, but also guiding the customer through technology projects. These responsibilities will require the candidate to become an expert with the solutions and systems deployed by EKSG as well as those technologies and services unique to the customer environment.

Qualifications

  • Provide timely response to all incidents, outages and performance alerts.
  • Manage ticket system and properly escalate appropriate issues
  • Travel as needed to support remote customer throughout the state
  • Perform specific MIS tasks based on user needs and requests.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Can work on their own and be trusted to complete their tasks
  • Perform hardware/software installation, upgrades and maintenance for new and current systems

Skills & knowledge

  • Ability to walk customers/peers through technical troubleshooting
  • Supporting desktops, servers, storage, and software
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Understand user requirements and procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude toward peers and customers
  • Author and maintain easy to understand and execute end user documentation

  • Virtualization technology (VMware, Hyper-V, etc)

Job Type: Full-time
