Always Ready Repair in Orland Park, IL, is seeking one customer service representative to join our 21-person team. We are located at 15507 South 70th Court. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Call customers and make them feel at home. We call these happy calls
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Assist Customers in preparing their orders
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude, even when dealing with disgruntled customers
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to quickly solve concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers
