About
We are hiring a skilled Forklift Operator for our busy distribution center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack merchandise. Your duties will include transporting goods between different areas of the warehouse, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Maintaining a high standard of **Safety** is paramount, and you will be expected to perform daily equipment inspections and adhere to all operational **Safety** protocols. A thorough understanding of warehouse **Logistics** and material handling best practices is essential. Experience with various types of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up) is a strong asset. The ability to perform **Lifting** of up to 50 lbs occasionally and work in a physically demanding environment is required. We provide all necessary **PPE**. Key Responsibilities:

- Properly wear and maintain **PPE**.
- Assist with inventory counts and organization.
- Handle occasional **Lifting** requirements.
- Support efficient **Logistics** flow within the facility.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
