Business Analyst ⭐️
to strengthen our team and help us deliver even greater results.
For a perfect match, we expect
2+ years of proven experience in business analysis or a related role
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Experience in requirements gathering, documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
Ability to structure and present ideas clearly to both business and technical stakeholders
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Figma
Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Nice to have
Domain expertise in E-commerce, Healthcare, or FinTech
Basic SQL knowledge and data analysis skills
Experience working with API documentation
Duties & Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Act as a liaison between clients and development/design teams
Be responsible for managing client requirements and ensuring they are properly implemented
Proactively generate ideas and suggest new features to clients that could add value to their products
Create user flows, specifications, and system documentation
Support the delivery team throughout the project lifecycle
Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
