About You
Solid experience in new homes sales, either running your own development or working as part of a high-performing site team.
The ability to work weekends on a rota basis - with free weekends off to enjoy.
Naturally proactive and organised, juggling multiple sales and priorities with ease.
Detail-obsessed and passionate about ensuring your customers have a first-class experience at every stage of the journey.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of hitting (or exceeding!) sales targets.
Strong understanding of the New Homes Quality Code is a bonus but not essential as full traini...
