We are seeking a driven, highly organized, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who has hands-on experience across various platforms and is ready to take ownership, drive growth, and contribute to a fast-paced, expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Manage and oversee direct response marketing, PPC campaigns, and digital marketing strategies
- Coordinate and execute home shows, canvassing efforts, and local marketing events
- Manage timelines, creative assets, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth campaign delivery
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement
- Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals
- 5+ years of marketing experience preferred (management or leadership experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid understanding of direct response marketing, PPC, digital marketing, home shows, and canvassing
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexible schedule to support marketing initiatives and events
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow and lead
- Must be proficient in AI tools, particularly in using ChatGPT and other AI-powered search engines
- Ability to leverage AI for marketing strategy, content creation, data analysis, and campaign optimization
