About
Nous recherchons un ou une Release, Test & Quality Engineer expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe technique afin d'assurer la *qualité, la fluidité et la fiabilité des livraisons produit*, en coordonnant les équipes techniques et en garantissant un haut niveau d’exigence sur les tests et les releases.
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’optimisation des processus de développement et d’intégration continue, tout en veillant à respecter les standards techniques et opérationnels. Si vous maîtrisez les outils DevOps, ainsi que les pratiques de gestion de versions et d’automatisation, ce poste est fait pour vous.
*Responsabilités*
* Release Management
* Planifier et orchestrer les releases (versioning, calendrier, contenu)
*QA / Test Engineering*
* Définir la stratégie de test :
* tests fonctionnels
* tests d’intégration
* tests de non-régression
* Mettre en place et maintenir les campagnes de tests
* Automatiser les tests (CI/CD)
* Valider les releases avant mise en production
* Analyser les anomalies et assurer leur suivi
*Qualité & Process*
* Mettre en place des processus qualité robustes
* Définir les critères d’acceptation (DoD / DoR)
* Suivre les métriques qualité :
* taux de bugs
* couverture de test
* stabilité des releases
* Participer à l’amélioration continue (post-mortem, RCA)
* Coordonner les équipes (dev, ops, QA) pour assurer des livraisons fiables
* Gérer les environnements (dev / staging / prod)
* Assurer la traçabilité des versions (changelog, release notes)
* Superviser les rollbacks et gestion d’incident
*Profil recherché*
Techniques
* Connaissance des outils CI/CD (GitLab CI…)
* Maîtrise des outils de test (Postman, pytest, Selenium, Playwright…)
* Bonne compréhension des architectures (API, microservices, Kubernetes)
* Gestion des environnements (Docker, Kubernetes apprécié)
