What You'll Do Welcome guests and build rapport by understanding their travel interests, lifestyle, and vacation goals Deliver engaging, high-quality sales presentations in a professional, ethical, and customer-focused manner Use your bilingual skills (English/Spanish) to connect with a diverse guest base Maintain timely follow-up and communication to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships Apply Hilton Grand Vacations' proven sales techniques Participate in weekly training to grow your skills and success Contribute positively to a supportive and team-oriented environment Qualifications
What You'll Bring Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience with proven results Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Experience in hospitality, luxury sales, or marketing is a plus Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment High school diploma or equivalent
