As we continue to scale our North American operations, we're searching for a commercially sharp and strategically focused Head of Sales to lead our BD function, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performance sales culture.

What You'll Be Doing
Own and drive the overall sales strategy for GCS, with accountability for revenue growth and new client acquisition
Lead, manage, and develop the Business Development team - setting targets, coaching performance, and building a winning sales culture
Identify and pursue strategic client relationships across tech, telecom, broadcast, and adjacent markets
Develop and refine the BD process, playbooks, and tools to maximise team effectiveness
Collaborate with recruitment operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience and retention
Negotiate high-value contracts, MSAs, and preferred supplier agreements with enterprise and mid-market clients
Represent GCS at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a senior ambassador for the business
Report on pipeline, revenue performance, and market trends to senior leadership and the nGAGE executive team
Contribute to wider business strategy, including market expansion, service line development, and M&A opportunities
Who We're Looking For We're looking for a proven sales leader with a strong background in staffing or professional services who is ready to make a defining impact.
7+ years
of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity within staffing, recruitment, or professional services
Demonstrable track record of driving revenue growth, building client portfolios, and leading high-performing BD teams
Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating complex, high-value contracts
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people development skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and manage multiple priorities
Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of the technology and/or telecom talent landscape is strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$75,000-$120,000 (commensurate with experience)
Bonus:
Performance-linked bonus tied to revenue and team targets
Hybrid Flexibility:
3 days onsite in Orlando, 2 days remote
