Product Designer
Dressly is a business that is changing the fashion industry through AI technologies and a personalized approach. The team is currently looking for a Product Designer in the core product area, where the specialist will be responsible for the quality of the main product experience—from the first acquaintance with the product and AI features to daily use. Key tasks: Design and develop key UX flows: AI recommendations, outfits, wardrobe management Conduct product discovery: conduct user research and usability testing, formulate insights, and turn them into design solutions Develop new features from concept to release in close collaboration with PM and developers Maintain product experience consistency through work with the design system Participate in determining the product direction—your voice is important at the strategy stage What is important to us: 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a focus on consumer mobile apps Strong portfolio with cases showing the entire cycle: research → concept → release → result (focus on product value and user engagement) Expert level in Figma and Figma Make: auto-layout, components, quick prototyping Understanding of product metrics (CR, LTV, churn), ability to work with product analytics Independence: you can and want to lead a task from problem formulation to research, solution search, and product release, without micromanagement Actively use AI tools in your work, are interested in automation Upper Intermediate+ level of English It will be a plus: Experience working with AI products or personalization Understanding of the fashion/lifestyle niche as a user or designer Experience with UX research Experience in building or developing a design system from scratch Experience in automating design processes using AI tools How we hire: Interview with a recruiter Interview with Design Lead Test Task Bar-raising.
