Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the ECommerce Sales Specialist will act as a primary sales resource for all web and ECommerce platforms, supporting business growth by engaging with sales and clients to promote the adoption of ECommerce solutions. Key responsibilities
Acts as a primary Sales resource, assisting Account Managers and customers with ECommerce platform operations Conducts requirements analysis to provide tailored ECommerce or web procurement solutions for clients Creates and implements training programs for new and tenured Account Managers to enhance ECommerce knowledge
Required qualifications
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Basic knowledge of virtual meeting software and Adobe Acrobat Understanding of common purchasing processes and workflows Strong critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and develop effective ECommerce solutions Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
