Our business is exploding, and we are currently looking to hire Office Administrators to support our Inside Sales team by verifying, reviewing and auditing crucial customer contracts. If you are a self-starter and love paying attention to details, this job is for you! This is a full-time position with competitive pay, benefits, and a workplace that focuses on relationships. Experience is helpful but not required, we will train you! A Day in the Life of an Office Administrator for Inside Sales
As an Office Administrator for our Inside Sales team you will be responsible for taking extreme ownership in auditing newly-created customer information and make changes when necessary as well as completing other internal audits. You will have the opportunity to show your leadership skills and show courage as you identify training opportunities, provide feedback about overall processes, and measure the overall quality of the sale.
What is Needed to be Successful?
Extremely detail-oriented Self-motivated and content with working consistent processes throughout the day Data entry skills Communication skills - verbal and written Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data driven recommendations Strong ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
