We're looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join our talented delivery team in Florida. Primary responsibilities include performing project-based engineering, design, installation and troubleshooting of complex data/security networks, development of security, routing, and switching configurations and deployment in medium to very large environments. You'll also be providing network engineering consulting services, including: assessment, design and implementation of data and secure networking environments, assisting clients through planning, design and implementation of secure data communications networks, and developing comprehensive graphical and text-based design documentation and effectively manage the implementation process from design to customer acceptance. Travel Requirements:
In this role, you will be expected to travel to client sites 30% of the time across FL.
Job Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include performing project-based engineering, design, installation and troubleshooting of data/security networks Working with junior members of the engineering team to successfully implement secure network solutions Routing, switching, and security configuration and deployment in an enterprise environment Provide network engineering consulting services, including: assessment, design and implementation of secure networking environments Assist clients through planning, design and implementation of secure data communications networks Develop comprehensive graphical and text-based design documentation and effectively manage the implementation process from design to customer acceptance
Required Skills:
Expert-level knowledge and experience with design, implementation and support of the following: Network Access Control, including Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) implementation design, configuration, and deployment in a lab environment IDS/IPS solutions (Cisco is a must) Firewalls/VPNs (Cisco is a must, Palo Alto, Juniper, etc. are optional) Complex routing and switching solutions (Cisco is a must, Arista is a plus)
BS in CS or EE or 8-10 years related experience CCNP- REQUIRED at a minimum CCIE Security or R&S - Preferred
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience 8+ years of networking experience, including configuring, analyzing & troubleshooting complex networks
