YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You lead strategic conversations with customers to identify opportunities and drive value through our services You assist in identifying business and revenue potential of each customer and help resolve issues quickly and effectively You manage multiple client accounts simultaneously across different lifecycle stages You handle the implementation of customers into internal systems to enable bookings with negotiated rates You maintain high data quality in CRM systems and verify that customer rates remain valid You represent Sixt positively in competitive local markets by understanding client needs and promoting solutions YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience
You have 1+ years of customer-facing B2B experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting Education
You have a Bachelor's degree and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Technical Proficiency
You are experienced in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and working with CRMs such as Salesforce Soft Skills
You demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Commitment to Excellence
You are self-driven, and able to ito take on multiple tasks at once Travel
