Responsible for designing and developing high-quality, scalable learning experiences, the full-time remote Learning Design Manager will create instructional content, develop supporting materials, and establish design standards to enhance frontline performance and leadership development. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles for various programs Create a range of performance support materials, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with company standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational requirements into effective learning solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in instructional design or content development Demonstrated experience in designing blended learning solutions for operational environments Strong proficiency in developing presentation materials and performance support tools Experience with instructional design tools and content authoring platforms
