Managing a team of engineers, the full-time Mobile Engineering Operations Manager will oversee corrective and preventative maintenance of client facilities, establish operational standards, and ensure quality performance in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities
Manage engineering functions to support critical business operations and prioritize client-driven work Develop and implement training programs for engineering personnel while monitoring team performance against KPIs Ensure timely and accurate entry of employee timecards and assess employee performance for current and future staffing needs
Required qualifications
High school diploma or GED; degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or Management preferred Minimum of five years of experience in building maintenance, including supervision and hands-on facilities maintenance Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with CMMS highly preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and employee relation skills Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with personnel and clients
