Act as a technical subject matter expert on the assessment administration platform, covering features, workflows, and integrations Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams throughout the pre-sales lifecycle to facilitate technical evaluations Lead technical discovery sessions to assess customer workflows, integration needs, and security requirements
Required qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud-based applications, APIs, integrations, and SSO technologies Strong presentation, demo delivery, customer discovery, and technical communication skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field Must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance
