Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of hands-on marketing strategies that embody Whitelaw Gold's luxury identity, particularly through the upcoming rebranding phase. Manage and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns, delivering consistent messaging across digital ads, print, and pop-up or wholesale activations. Collaborate closely with the design team to create visually compelling promotional materials resonating with our target audience. Hands-on creation and management of content for social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand ethos and engagement with our sophisticated audience. Analyze market trends and consumer insights to proactively adjust marketing tactics, maintaining Whitelaw Gold’s leadership in the luxury sector. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key influencers and media outlets to boost brand visibility internationally. Drive customer engagement by creating immersive experiences online and offline, enhancing brand loyalty and retention. Monitor and report on marketing initiative effectiveness, using analytics to refine future strategies and achieve business targets. Requirements Deep understanding of luxury brand marketing strategies to effectively position Whitelaw Gold in the high-end market. Ability to develop and carry out innovative digital marketing campaigns for the rebrand, specifically executing paid ad strategies to enhance online presence. Strong capability in analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities within the luxury jewellery segment. Proven skills in crafting storytelling narratives that resonate with our demographic, reinforcing the brand's prestige. Experience collaborating with designers and creatives to ensure marketing materials reflect Whitelaw Gold’s sophistication. Managing relationships with influencers and ambassadors who align with our luxury ethos, expanding reach and visibility.
