What You’ll Do
Lead 3 Development Executives from day one, with full scope to grow the team
Target mid-market and corporate insurance clients, converting larger opportunities with support from project teams
Make the most of established leads, introducers, and marketing activity
Deliver tailored insurance solutions with full broking support
Coach, develop, and inspire your team while setting performance standards
Who You Are
Experienced in commercial insurance sales, ideally with senior or leadership exposure
Results-driven and motivated by opportunities to grow revenue
Confident leading, coaching, and developing others
Skilled at building relationships with senior stakeholders
Commercially minded and ready to take ownership of a growing function
What’s On Offer
£75,000 base
with
realistic OTE of £100k+
