Your Impact
As an SDR at Acre, you'll play a pivotal role in generating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives balancing efficiency with empathy. You'll work within a structured, supportive environment, using smart processes and tools to connect with prospects and help them explore solutions.
What You'll Do
- Engage with inbound and marketing-qualified leads to book productive exploratory conversations.
- Use CRM (e.g., Salesforce/Hubspot) and modern sales tools to track, prioritize, and nurture leads.
- Focus on high-intent interactions rather than high-volume outreach.
- Aim for a realistic target of 1020 meetings booked per month, aligning with industry norms.
- Collaborate with RevOps to continuously refine outreach cadences, lead quality, and messaging.
- Report key metricssuch as meetings booked, qualified leads created, and pipeline generatedon a weekly cadence.
- Use thoughtful, conversational outreachnot cold scriptsto build relationships with prospects.

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with strong organizational skills.
