Abc Advisory Company is seeking an energetic, self‑starting individual to join our company as an operations associate. As part of our team, you will collaborate with multiple team members, leadership, and stakeholders, participating wherever necessary to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations. Our ideal candidate has a wide range of applicable skills, from strong computer proficiency with office productivity suites to attention to detail with data entry tasks. In this role, you may juggle multiple projects simultaneously, necessitating time management, multitasking, and organizational skills. You should have a thorough knowledge of our product and service offerings.

Fantastic communications and interpersonal skills.
As a fully remote team, with team members from cultures and countries worldwide, you will need to be clear and comfortable working with diverse teams on different time zones.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Organization and prioritization are the core elements of the role. You must know how to keep yourself and others organized, make independent decisions to address the best way to handle specific tasks, and determine which tasks are the most important in a given list.
Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
Spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, and writing are essential. You must be a proficient writer with a keen ability to write to different audiences.
Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for the office such as scheduling, filing, preparing materials and documentation, facilitating meetings, drafting meeting minutes, drafting and tracking memos, ensuring that action items are followed up, filing, and correspondence control
Assisting with recruitment, including drafting statements of work/job descriptions, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, and assisting with employee onboarding processes
Support operational startup of projects through organizational background checks, drafting agreements, and other tasks
Assist with financial planning, management, and reconciliation, including payment packages for management review
Track contract and agreements to ensure compliance with project and company policies, setting up systems for contract management
Coordinate personnel support and action requests for program‑funded staff including but not limited to travel assistance, training logistics, and payroll support
Assist with developing and implementing strategies and processes that maximize the productivity of the company's employees and daily business functions
Set up systems for more efficient business development, human resources, and program delivery processes
Work closely with higher level management to ensure that the activities of our organization are running efficiently
Support other operational and financial tasks, as needed
Core skills and competencies.
Qualified candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills including taking initiative to address issues and anticipate needs
Candidates must be flexible and adaptable while maintaining excellent organizational and administrative skills in a high‑energy, dynamic work environment
Candidates should have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
The ideal candidate will be a detail‑oriented team player who takes initiative to develop and implement efficient and effective administrative support systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and basic software packages
Superior computer skills and applied knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as email and internet applications. G‑Mail and Google Applications experience is welcome
