Phoenix, AZ Manager In Training: Looking for a role where you can grow fast and develop real-world skills? In this position, you'll work directly with customersasking the right questions, overcoming objections, and guiding them through decisions, including financial conversations. Job Scope This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions. You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisionsincluding conversations about money. This role requires someone who is comfortable: asking direct questions handling hesitation or rejection making outbound calls staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times What Success Looks Like Successful team members: Stay positive and engaged, even when customers hesitate or say no

Monday thru Saturday Branch hours: Mon - Fri 10am
6pm, Sat 9am
1pm Every Sunday Off $15.80 - $18.92/hr. Monthly bonus potential Preferred Experience Customer service, sales, or collections experience
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
Strong communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
