About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales and Field Operations to lead and drive revenue growth while ensuring operational excellence across a nationwide footprint. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing national sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and leading regional teams to align performance with strategic business objectives. This executive-level role requires a strong background in the life insurance industry, with a focus on distribution, field leadership, or similar roles within a life insurance carrier. The VP will also be tasked with overseeing multiple offices and field teams, establishing and monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with executive leadership to define long-term strategic goals.
The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Sales and Field Operations position at the company will have a minimum of 5 years' of senior leadership experience in sales and operations, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multi-location teams on a national scale. Key responsibilities include sales leadership, field and operational oversight, and executive collaboration. The role demands a proven track record in driving accountability and performance, as well as a willingness to travel extensively.
