Was Sie erwartet- Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählt die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von kaufmännischen und technischen Mitarbeitern, einschließlich Mitarbeiterauswahl, -beurteilung und -entwicklung.
- Des Weiteren vertreten Sie die Einkaufsinteressen in internen und externen Projekten und stellen deren konsequente Berücksichtigung sicher.
- Zudem koordinieren Sie einkaufsinterne Projektaktivitäten, nehmen an Projektsitzungen teil und übernehmen die Kontrolle von Beschaffungsaktivitäten in der Projektphase.
- Außerdem führen Sie Beschaffungsmarktforschung durch und unterstützen bei Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen sowie bei der Auswahl von Unterauftragnehmern.
- Darüber hinaus wirken Sie an der Durchführung und Leitung von Projekten mit und stellen die Einhaltung von Einkaufsrichtlinien sicher, insbesondere zur Vermeidung von Maverick Buying.
- Sie berichten zudem direkt an die Hauptabteilungsleitung.
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. als Dipl.-Ing., Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing., Dipl.-Kfm., Dipl.-Wirt.-Jurist, Bachelor oder Master, oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Darüber hinaus bringen Sie mindestens fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit.
- Zudem verfügen Sie über technische Produktkenntnisse, die Ihr Profil ergänzen.
- Sie besitzen Erfahrung im Einkauf sowie im Projektmanagement.
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus.
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil.
- Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office-Anwendungen sowie SAP.
