About the Role We are seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to lead full‑cycle hiring for our hardware teams within the Air Dominance and Strike division. This contract role is based in the Costa Mesa, CA office and may convert to full‑time upon successful completion.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring projects and manage end‑to‑end recruitment.
Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, automation, and market intelligence to improve candidate pipelines.
Collaborate with hiring managers, talent acquisition staff, and senior leadership to shape strategy and drive high‑impact projects.
Provide strategic workforce planning updates and business reviews.
Engage passive candidates through Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and email; conduct initial interviews to maintain a strong interview‑to‑offer ratio.
Create talent maps and use market data to adapt strategies in response to competitor movements.
Represent Anduril’s brand internally and externally and sell the company’s value proposition.
Influence and elevate recruitment best practices to ensure consistent, high‑quality candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Minimum 7 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in executive search and divisional hiring.
Ability to simplify complex information and narrate data‑driven insights.
Leadership in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments with strategic stakeholder alignment.
Strong cross‑functional collaboration and influence skills.
Deep knowledge of recruiting technology and a passion for innovative processes.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in startups, tech, or relevant software domains such as autonomous vehicles, aerospace, or robotics.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Solution‑oriented mindset to troubleshoot routine obstacles.
Clear and timely communication with strong active listening skills.
Accountability for outcomes and commitment to continuous improvement.
Open learner with low ego, high curiosity, and receptiveness to feedback.
Compensation Hourly Rate: $60 – $75 USD.
