Marketing Coordinator

Position coordinates and executes marketing projects and programs, development and execution of community education programs and events.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists in planning, developing and implementing programs.
  • Prepares and attends special events and supports database requirements of programs.
  • Oversees volunteers and manages inventory and fulfillment of promotional and literature requests.
  • Coordinates marketing activities including direct mail, email, new referring physician communication, database updates, etc.
  • Supports the Marketing and Communications team on projects as assigned including Web and social media, media and public relations, internal communications and marketing.
  • Coordinates and supports implementation of outreach events including, video conferences and lunch/dinner meetings.

  • Normal office environment.

Salary Range: $21.17 - $32.85 / Hourly

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
