Voor dit bedrijf in de procesindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een maintenance manager. Je komt terecht in een bedrijf met 350 werknemers. De laatste jaren trekt het bedrijf steevast de kaart van een circulaire filosofie; al hun afvalstoffen worden verwerkt tot ander eindproducten.

Functieomschrijving:
Als Maintenance Manager ben je de eindverantwoordelijke voor het hele onderhoudsdepartement van onze klant. In deze rol heb je de algemene leiding over ongeveer 40 medewerkers en stuur je ook een groot team contractoren aan. De Maintenance Manager beheert het onderhoudsbudget en draagt zorg voor het verhogen van de equipment-reliability door middel van zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud en door verdere kennisverbreding en capability building van het team.
Voornaamste taken en opdrachten:
- Dagelijks aansturen van een team van supervisors, technische experts, werkvoorbereiders en onderhoudsoperatoren in verschillende disciplines, met aandacht voor veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures.
- Opvolgen van de onderhoudsplanning op dag- en weekbasis en bewaken van de uitvoeringsgraad van het onderhoudsprogramma op basis van KPI’s.
- Leiding nemen in de organisatie van de tweejaarlijkse plant-shutdown.
- Beheren van het onderhoudsbudget van de site en actief samenwerken met de productie-afdelingen om het budget onder controle te houden.
- Het onderhoudsbeleid bepalen en streven naar maximale betrouwbaarheid & beschikbaarheid van alle assets, in samenwerking met reliability engineers.
- Betrokken partner zijn in het site MOC-proces en de commissioning van nieuw equipment.
- Verderbouwen aan de ontwikkeling van de competenties van teamleden en hen ondersteunen in gebieden zoals TPM, risico-analyses, en optimaal werken met contractoren.
- Deel uitmaken van het permanentiesysteem om assistentie en coördinatie te verlenen bij technische problemen buiten de normale werkuren.
Jij bent/hebt...
- Een masterdiploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door professionele ervaring.
- Minstens +-5 jaar relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke functie om sturing te kunnen geven aan het onderhoudsteam & contractoren.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in het optimaliseren van een planningsproces binnen een middelgrote onderhoudsorganisatie en in het beheersen van onderhoudsbudgetten.
- Een echte people manager die medewerkers weet te enthousiasmeren binnen een resultaatgerichte omgeving.
- Uitstekend analytisch en probleemoplossend denkvermogen.
- Kennis van risicoanalyses en ervaring met commissioning zijn een voordeel.
- Resultaatgericht, veelzijdig, zelfstandig, een teamplayer, flexibel en zin voor initiatief.
- Communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands en het Engels (eventueel ook in het Frans).
