Location: Eastside (Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah, Kirkland, Bothell, Sammamish, Snoqualmie) Hours: 20-25 hours/week (flexible weekday daytime schedule)
About the Role
We are a locally owned window cleaning company focused on building long-term relationships with commercial clients throughout the Eastside.
This is a field-based sales role responsible for developing new business by connecting with local companies and introducing our recurring maintenance services.
You'll spend most of your time out in the community, meeting business owners and managers, generating quotes, and building a pipeline of new accounts.
What You'll Do Prospect local businesses in assigned areas (retail, office, and commercial properties) Introduce our services and speak with decision-makers (owners/managers) Generate and deliver service quotes (often same-day) Follow up on leads via phone, text, and email Track activity, quotes, and results in a simple system Build density within target areas to support efficient routing Coordinate with our operations team to onboard new clients What We're Looking For Comfortable approaching businesses and starting conversations Positive, resilient, and able to handle rejection professionally Self-motivated with strong work ethic and accountability Organized with good follow-through Clear communicator in person and over the phone Coachable and open to feedback Compensation Hourly pay + performance-based incentives Opportunity to increase earnings based on results Why This Role Works Flexible part-time schedule Active, independent work (not desk-based) Clear goals and measurable performance Opportunity to directly contribute to company growth Ideal Backgrounds Hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles Entry-level sales or canvassing experience Individuals who enjoy being out in the field and working independently

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
