Responsibilities Lead a regional team to deliver all terrestrial line systems, including long haul, local long haul, metro transport, and associated layer 3 WAN capacity.
Provide leadership and management for implementation teams located across multiple geographies and regions, building leadership to manage operational work while driving alignment across teams with potentially conflicting priorities.
Lead the integration of cross-functional or cross-organizational process timelines and drive recommendations for process improvements and automation.
Develop measurement systems for your organization and apply statistical process control to continuously improve performance regarding speed and quality.
Lead cross-functional initiatives with key stakeholders to build leadership capabilities and drive organizational transformation together.
Develop collaborative relationships with internal partners and vendors focused on continuous improvement of processes and automation to enable on-time delivery.
