You'll focus on the activities that actually create results prospecting, clear communication, consistent follow-up, and building meaningful client relationships. With step-by-step coaching and defined expectations, you'll develop the habits and confidence needed for long-term success rather than relying on trial and error.

You'll be part of a team environment where accountability, collaboration, and growth are part of the culture. The goal is simple: help you build consistency early so you can scale your business faster over time.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

In this role, you'll work alongside experienced producing agents, participate in regular training and coaching, and actively build your pipeline by connecting with buyers and sellers. You'll nurture relationships through consistent follow-up, manage your database using CRM tools, and track your progress as you grow.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and follow up with leads to build a strong client base.
  • Attend regular training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Set appointments for buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
  • Nurture relationships through phone, email, and follow-up systems to maintain client trust.
  • Manage and update client information in the CRM for accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Track activity and progress toward team goals to stay aligned with our collective mission.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or a willingness to learn and utilize them effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a positive and supportive culture.
