Superviseur immédiat : Direction du camp
VOTRE STYLE DE VIE CET ÉTÉ:
- Horaire sain : Travail de jour (10h00 et 18h00).
- Logement privé : Petit chalet individuel (douche/toilette privées) inclus.

Votre rôle:
En collaboration avec le chef cuisinier, le sous-chef participe à la préparation des repas, à l’organisation de la cuisine et à l’encadrement de l’équipe. Il assure le bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes et prend la relève du chef cuisinier en son absence.
Principales responsabilités
- Collaborer avec le chef cuisinier.
- Remplacer le chef cuisinier lors de son absence.
- Participer à l’élaboration des menus et à la gestion des inventaires.
- Préparer et servir des repas pour un volume pouvant atteindre jusqu’à 500 personnes lorsque le camp est en pleine capacité.
- Aider à la manutention et au contrôle des produits alimentaires et non alimentaires.
- Assurer la salubrité des aliments.
- Utiliser, nettoyer et entretenir le matériel et les installations alimentaires.
- Toutes autres tâches connexes jugées nécessaires.
Profil recherché:
- Expérience en gestion de cuisine institutionnelle, idéalement en cafétéria à grand volume.
- Excellentes habiletés en planification et en optimisation des opérations.
- Leadership et aptitude à travailler en équipe.
- Formation professionnelle en cuisine ou expérience équivalente.
- Certification gestionnaire MAPAQ (un atout - formation offerte si nécessaire).
- Formation SIMDUT (un atout - formation offerte si nécessaire).
