Field Sales Opportunity This is a field sales opportunity in the territory. Candidates MUST live locally to the territory of Long Island NY.
Job Overview As an outside Account Executive at Rewards Network, you will drive the growth of the company while building your own career with a lifetime of rewards. You will use your sales expertise to help us build the Rewards Network brand across your geographic territory.
Responsibilities
Source new clients through cold calling (door knocks) and social media prospecting to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects throughout the assigned geography, set up in‑person meetings with decision makers, and move the sales process forward.
Maintain a positive attitude that generates great first impressions and active engagement with new and existing leads; build relationships through interactions with prospective clients.
Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives (cold calls, appointments, presentations, and closed deals).
Collaborate with account managers and internal revenue operations to ensure individual and company goals are met.
Manage all sales activity and follow up in our CRM system (Salesforce).
Requirements
25–30 door pulls (daily) and a structured methodology for acquiring new business, territory planning, and pipeline management.
4+ years of proven success in outside sales; preference for experience cold‑calling businesses that need financial and marketing services products.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial team environment.
Proven experience in growing new business with a hunter mentality; persistent and self‑motivated to drive business in a remote outside sales environment.
Strong financial acumen and ability to discuss fees, acceptance, and finances confidently.
Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communication skills, with confidence to lead presentations that showcase Rewards Network’s differentiation.
High school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of related experience.
Proficiency in MS Office/Outlook and Salesforce or other CRM system.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Uncapped monthly commission with strong earning trajectory; many team members exceed target and top performers earn $80,000+ annualized.
