Embrace change, stay open-minded, and look for solutions. As an Inside Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting revenue growth and creating exceptional customer experiences. You'll serve as a trusted resource for customers while helping identify opportunities to expand business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-focused mindset Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders through CRM and ERP systems Follow up on sales opportunities, customer requests, and dormant accounts Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving Identify opportunities to generate new business and grow existing accounts Research product configurations, compatibility, and market pricing Maintain accurate customer and sales records Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, technical, and customer care teams Follow established sales processes, SOPs, and KPI expectations Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives that help drive company success What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience: Experience working with Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms Previous inside sales, customer service, account management, or sales support experience Strong critical-thinking and decision-making abilities High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability Team-oriented approach with a passion for helping customers succeed What We Offer: Competitive compensation package Generous profit-sharing plan Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and 7 paid holidays Hybrid work flexibility after onboarding Ongoing training and development opportunities Long-term career growth potential within a growing organization Supportive team culture focused on collaboration and success Ready to Grow With Us?
