Sales Representative Tired of late nights and smelling like leftovers? We have found successful servers, and bartenders make great sales people. Knowledge of vehicles is secondary to knowing how to interact with people, and manage customer expectations. The restaurant industry taught you how to interact with people, but we will teach you to take those skills to the next level. Our top performers make a six figure income, with promotion opportunities to make even more. Job Responsibilities:
8 days off per month! Top performers can write their own schedule! You are in control of your pay with no cap on your earning potential. Sales representatives complete extensive training regarding the product line. (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge & Ram) As a sales representative, you will spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options Sales representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate automotive features Sales representatives will complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork Support online customers through our eSales office Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales Industry competitive compensation, commissions, bonuses & benefits

Job Requirements
Automotive sales experience is not necessary for this role. Other sales/ restaurant (bartender/server) experience will be considered with steady work history Applicants with stable background in customer service will also be considered Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person") Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills Professional appearance Punctuality is paramount Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license Drug free Equal opportunity employer
