As one of the leading e-commerce retailers–with over 200+ products in development at any given time–we conduct a symphony of manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and as an IT Project Manager, you'll be acting as our concertmaster, leading cross-functional technology initiatives with a primary focus on ERP transformation and systems integration.
About The Role This role is on-site and full-time and will play a key role in managing the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, along with integrations across e-commerce platforms, WMS systems, and related business applications. The ideal candidate is organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and timelines in a fast-paced IT environment.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including ERP migration and system integration initiatives
Own project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Build and maintain project plans, milestones, and status reporting
Coordinate work across IT, operations, finance, vendors, and implementation partners
Support and track Business Central implementation activities
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change requests
Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical execution, and delivery timelines
Coordinate UAT planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization
Maintain project documentation and communication cadence
Qualifications Requirements
2–3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role
Experience managing software, ERP, or systems integration projects
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Exposure to ERP implementations or migrations
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and WMS systems
Knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or waterfall project methodologies
PMP or similar certification (preferred, not required)
