This position is fully in-person at our Chippewa Falls, WI location.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, administer, and support the company’s servers, networks, and enterprise systems. Plan, design, analyze, and provide technical support across IT systems. Maintain a detailed and up-to-date inventory of network components, licensing, and procedures. Provide prompt software/hardware support to end-users on-site and via remote tools. Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365 and other IT systems. Install, maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including backup/recovery systems, hardware, software, and networking equipment. Stay current with emerging technologies and continually expand your knowledge base. Perform additional IT-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems (server and workstation environments). Solid understanding of networking components, protocols, and basic hardware systems. Hands-on experience with IT hardware/software installation, maintenance, and repair. Knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols. Experience with scripting and web programming (PHP/MySQL) is a plus. Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to occasionally work off-hours and travel as needed.
