About Our Client

Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures across all phases of commercial construction projectsConduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standardsReview construction drawings, submittals, and materials to ensure quality requirements are metCoordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and inspectors to resolve quality-related issuesDocument inspections, non-conformance reports, and corrective actionsLead quality meetings and provide training to project teams on quality standards and best practicesSupport project close-out documentation, including punch lists and final inspections

The Successful Applicant
Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial construction quality control or quality assuranceStrong understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, and sequencingProven experience interpreting construction documents and specificationsFamiliarity with local and national building codes and regulationsExcellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skillsOSHA certification or other relevant certifications preferred
